HSL officially launched its newest clubhouse at La Promenade on May 1, unveiling the RM2.8 million Grande Clubhouse at Precinct Grande with a weekend of activities in collaboration with Level Up Fitness.
The Grande Clubhouse is the centrepiece of Precinct Grande, the third residential phase within the 200-acre La Promenade gated community, and is HSL’s most premium residents’ facility to date.
Designed by renowned architect duo Ming Ngi and Suh Chee of MNSC, the clubhouse is surrounded by HSL’s signature landscaping with over 100 plants across the facility.
The facility is exclusively for the 90 homeowners of Precinct Grande, the most luxurious phase in the gated community.

HSL managing director Paul Yu Chee Hoe said the clubhouse is exclusively for the 90 homeowners in the gated community.
“We asked them to design what they wanted and build it as close as possible to their vision.
“The result is a striking off-form concrete structure, with a high, cathedral-like atrium above the gym, views of the landscaping, and flexible, functional spaces that can be naturally ventilated or air-conditioned,” he said.

The clubhouse is set amid extensive landscaping, with more than 100 plant species surrounding the facility - a hallmark of HSL’s development approach.
When met by reporters at the event, MNSC director, Lau Ming Ngi, said the design prioritised openness and connectivity.
“The ground floor is intentionally permeable and accessible, with spaces like the swimming pool, and multi-purpose hall opening out to the surrounding greenery,” he said.

Level Up Fitness founder Kenny Sia said the partnership began nearly 10 years ago during the development of the first clubhouse at Precinct Luxe.
