Inaugural Harvest Fusion Festival at La Promenade kicks off with electrifying performances

Harvest Fusion Festival launched to the public on May 18 at La Promenade Mall.


Celebrated local brands At Adau, Baby Dream Machine, Lock & Load and Leleng Parade performed at the opening of Harvest Fusion Festival.


This unique urban Gawai event features over 20 food stalls, offering Dayak fusion food and drinks.

Last night, (May 18), amidst the vibrant ambience of La Promenade Mall’s outdoor car park in Kota Samarahan, the inaugural Harvest Fusion Festival (HFF) burst into life with an array of electrifying performances.

On May 24, there will be a full drum performance by the drum community, led by Sheldon Assom. Baby Dream Machine will once again be performing on May 26 and with a synchronised ukulele rhythm, led by Yaya Sim.

On May 25, the harvest fusion festival will celebrate Ethnic Costume Night, dedicated to the Dayak community. Additionally, the festival will also feature a Gawai Countdown event on May 31. A notable highlight on May 31 will be the ceremonial sealing of the ‘Tuak’ jar, to be unveiled in 2025 to kick off next year’s HFF.
