HSL host Property Expo at La Promenade Mall with exclusive deals

HSL opened its first-ever Property Expo, offering promotions and discounts across all projects—from the established gated residences of La Promenade to Jigsaw, the developer’s first condominium.
Running from now until Oct 5, the expo features discounts of up to RM18,000 and 25% off home-furnishing packages.
The expo also brings together banking partners to provide end-financing consultations and on-the-spot guidance.
New launches, including Vista Industrial Park’s three-storey units with built-in heavy-duty lifts, are on show, alongside rebates and deals from retail partners.

According to HSL’s Senior Property Development general manager, Tay Chiok Kee, these promotions are exclusive to the expo and can only be obtained through HSL’s sales team.
“We have been planning our own expo since 2022, and we are finally ready to host one. It is a special event with special deals,” he told reporters during a press conference.

At Samariang Aman 3, a 310-acre township in Petra Jaya, buyers received discounts starting from RM5,000 on homes nearing completion.
At La Promenade, HSL’s flagship 200-acre gated community, savings reached up to RM18,000 across selected products.
Assistant Property Sales Manager, Angie Joan, said Jigsaw, HSL’s first condominium, came with two furnishing packages, offering 25 per cent and 20 per cent discounts respectively.

“Kami ada pakej ‘Standard’ dengan potongan 25 peratus dan pakej ‘Designer’ dengan potongan 20 peratus.
“Kabinet dapur, almari pakaian, peti sejuk, televisyen hingga tilam ‘memory foam’ disediakan. Pada asasnya, Jigsaw ialah sebuah kondominium siap huni,” jelasnya.

Visitors will also get updates on HSL’s pipeline, including Langit - a mixed-use high-rise project in collaboration with Singapore’s CapitaLand - and AIR, a masterplan competition organised with the Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM).
